Susan is the expert nanna. every good team needs the person who ensures everyone is fed, watered, and well behaved… well that’s your gal.

someone has to organize the chaos that happens. Lettie ensures everyone is in place, orders are coming and going, and that the cows are in.

ya know the family members that opt in but didn’t really opt in. Braxton and Annie are it. they are the professional day workers but have to be experts.

Lettie over here, 4th generation farmer, rancher, entrepreneur, wedding venue owner, AIR BNB owner, and community member. Here is a little bit about me and why I started this meat company.

I ventured off into the real world after high school…. lived in the big city, worked in feed yards, traveled across the world, but then kicked my heels back to Kansas — Although thats the last thing I ever wanted to do.

Drought, illness, desert life, a broken heart, catastrophe, wild fires, the highs and the lows, Discomfort, and struggles all pushed me back, and you can hear more about it on the show.
