We Unintentionally Launched a Beef Shop
Lettie left MC Bar Ranch to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science at Oklahoma State University and also a Ranch Management Certificate from Texas Christian University. While living in Stillwater and Fort Worth, she saw - first hand - the disconnect between what was happening on farms and ranchers and the misinformation those who purchase beef in grocery stores receive.
To bridge the gap, Lettie began welcoming people - through social media and in-person - into Kansas ranch life.
